Project Overview

MLR Networks require a best in class website that reflects its status as enterprise network & security specialists, delivering IT network infrastructure managed services to clients across the public and private sectors. The business requires a clean, professional, modern website which will not only showcase company sectors/solutions/services and drive new business, it will deliver credibility and confidence to the MLR Networks brand; providing a high performing digital presence to match the quality of its services and solutions.

The website must engage with key stakeholders across the MLR business, and we’ll undertake discovery calls and work alongside InDemand Marketing to get a better understanding of the priorities, target demographics and how we can execute on these challenges to deliver a higher performing website.

We understand as a technology/innovation business, performance and analytics are critical. Our experienced team provide ongoing maintenance and updates to ensure that your website remains continually high-performing, and Creatify provides a monthly performance report, giving you key Google Analytics insights, allowing you to make data-driven decisions about the ongoing development of your website and business moving forward.

Key Objectives

Website Performance

As a company focused on growth, website performance is critical for MLR. Creatify would enhance both technical and conversion performance, by upgrading the technical infrastructure, while crafting a user-centric experience to drive higher conversion rates.

We would utilise optimised, modern image formats and implement clean, compressed code, building on our enterprise grade hosting. We’ve found several areas of improvement to drive greater engagement and conversion, as well as wild card opportunities e.g. a more engaging ‘Careers’ page to incentivise better applicants, minimising external recruiter use. The website is currently not GDPR compliant, and as a priority, we would integrate our Privacy Compliance Suite to ensure legal compliance.

SEO Focus

As MLR Networks is focused on improving its digital presence, ensuring the website is developed with best practice SEO in mind is critical. We’ll analyse the current site and identify further areas of opportunity (e.g. properly tagged images). In an effort to improve both user experience and SEO performance, we’ll work on improving Google PageSpeed scores, which currently sits at 54/100 for Performance (speed).

We’ll work with the MLR Networks team to understand keywords and phrases, and ensure that on-page SEO is optimised in order to deliver new visitors to the website. We note that there are backend access issues with website SEO settings, we would ensure this is fully funtioning and accessible at all times. We’ll also optimise additional on-page and technical SEO elements, ultimately delivering company growth.

Third Party Integrations

During our discovery call, we’ll discuss your business and digital goals, and how technology can aid these. Third party integrations can be used to simplify the sales process, and increase website conversion rates, for example, integrating contact forms directly with your CRM, utilising visitor identification tools for lead generation, or adding book a call calendar to minimise admin work and increase conversion rates.

Critically, this doesn’t need to happen on day one. With Creatify we can grow and expand the website over time, as the business and its capacity grows (included as part of your monthly plan).
