The Omerta Group (TOG) is a global executive search firm specializing in financial services, including asset management, private equity, and digital assets. Founded in 2002 and based in London, with offices in New York and Hong Kong, TOG is known for its expertise in niche talent pools and a strong focus on diversity. In 2023, TOG merged with Kingsley Gate Partners, expanding its global reach and capabilities.
The Omerta Group wanted a contemporary website to fit their modern and innovative mindset. They wanted bright colours to act as both the imagery and branding for their site to create consistent visuals across all pages.
TOG were also keen to advertise their diverse and fast-growing team prominently on their new site, needing a dynamic and preferably categorised teams section that could be constantly updates.

We ran accessibility tests on all of the websites brand colours to ensure we achieved acceptable contrast ratios. Anything above a 4.5 is accepted as accessible, however some elements, such as decorative text and buttons are accepted at a 3 and above.
